Jon Phonics is a London-born, Brooklyn-based DJ and producer. Having built a reputation with his diverse approach to the art of rap beats. When not producing, Phonics spearheads record labels Astral Black, home to artists such as Shy One, SusTrapperazzi, and Drae Da Skimask, and Scenic Route, responsible for discovering talents like Nourished By Time and Lunch Money Life. As a radio host on Peckham's Balamii Radio, he showcases his eclectic taste with guests ranging from Children Of Zeus to Novelist.

Phonics follows up March's critically acclaimed 'SAY LESS' album (described as a 'masterpiece' by Bandcamp.com) here with the 10-track 'NUFF SAID' another masterclass in the art of sample based rap production. Turning up the dial this time to incoropte elements of jazz fusion and 90's R&B alongisde classic Memphis rap accapellas.
